Trim transparent pixels from the edges of PNG and WebP images. TypeKitty's remove transparent padding runs locally in your browser, so you can create a tight crop around visible artwork while preserving transparency.
Remove empty transparent padding from local assets. Check the result before copying or downloading it.

Works best with PNG or WebP images that include an alpha channel.
PNG and WebP files can store an alpha channel that marks pixels as transparent. A white or colored background is still opaque, so it will not be removed by an alpha-edge trim. Use a background-removal workflow first when the surrounding area contains visible pixels.
Anti-aliasing, glow, and drop shadows often contain semi-transparent pixels beyond the obvious artwork. Review the trimmed preview before export so subtle effects are not cut too tightly. The operation changes canvas dimensions, not the colors of the remaining pixels.
